Established in 2021 by Emma, with the unwavering support of her partner, LMJ Candles is a Sydney-based small business that has bloomed from Emma's passion for home fragrance and décor. Alongside her full-time role as a civil engineer in the building industry, Emma's creative spirit and dedication have led to the creation of an inspiring range of handcrafted products.
At LMJ Candles, we take pride in offering a diverse array of handmade treasures, including decorative candles, jar candles, wax melts, car air fresheners, home air fresheners, decorative trays, candleholders, trinket boxes, and home décor. Each product is thoughtfully crafted and individually tested, within our home studio in Sydney, NSW, being the birthplace of these enchanting creations.
Our commitment to quality is paramount, and our non-toxic candles and wax melts are handcrafted from a natural soy wax blend, infused with Australian made premium quality fragrance oil. To ensure a clean and sustainable burn, we use lead-free pure cotton wicks, and we never incorporate paraffin into our products. Our air freshener and home homeware collections are handmade with Australian made eco-friendly and heat-resistant plaster compounds. Embracing a vegan and cruelty-free approach, every design we offer bears its own unique charm.
Caring for our environment is at the heart of our mission. Mindful of the impact of packaging materials, we choose sustainable, biodegradable and plastic-free options. Our products are adorned with care using eco-friendly paper tape and wrap, nestled securely within recycled cardboard boxes and biodegradable loose packing nuts.
Beyond our dedication to crafting exquisite products, we are driven by a profound desire to make a difference. LMJ Candles is proud to have donated $62,000 to the Sydney Breast Cancer Foundation throughout the 2021/2022 financial year. These contributions support breast cancer specialist staff and services, offering aid and solace to patients and their families through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
