Order Processing
All of our products are individually handmade and made to order. Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and shipping times) after receiving your order confirmation. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the preparation of large orders or during busy periods and sales. Note that even when selecting the express delivery option, we still require 3-5 business days to process your order before it is shipped.
If you place your order during our studio closure periods, such as Christmas or other holiday breaks, your order will be processed after the reopening date announced on our website and social media. During the reopening period, please allow extra time for us to process your order as we may have many outstanding orders to fulfill.
Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia):
- Standard: Free standard shipping for orders over AU$100 and AU$10 flat-rate shipping for orders under AU$100.
- Express: AU$10 flat-rate shipping for orders over AU$100 and AU$15 flat-rate shipping for orders below AU$100.
International Shipping Rates:
We ship to New Zealand, Europe, Canada, the USA, and select Asian countries (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia & Kuwait). Standard international shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the order's destination country and the weight of your package.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes assessed by your country. These are government charges and remain the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. For charges and rates, please contact your country's customs office.
Estimated Shipping Timeframe
Your order will be shipped from our Sydney Studio via Australia Post. Please note that the following estimated shipping timing is a general guide only, as a high volume of orders, postal service problems, extreme weather events and customs procedures may cause delivery delays, which are out of our control. Therefore, we can not guarantee that your parcels can be delivered within this timeframe or by a specific date. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Domestic Estimated Shipping Timeframe:
Standard:
For metro areas, standard shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days in NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD, 2-4 business days in SA, 4-5 business days in WA and 3-5 business days in TAS.
For rural, remote and other areas, NSW deliveries take 3-4 business days, VIC 3-5 business days, QLD 2-12 business days, SA 2-5 business days, TAS 4-8 business days, WA 5-10 business days and NT 4-13 business days.
Express:
For metro areas, express shipping takes 1-2 business days across NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS and WA.
For rural, remote and other areas, NSW deliveries take 1-3 business days, VIC 2-3 business days, QLD, SA, and TAS 2-4 business days, WA 3-6 business days and NT 3-5 business days.
International Estimated Shipping Timeframe (to major metro areas):
- United State & Canada: 5-9 business days.
- New Zealand, United Kingdom, Japan, Qatar & Singapore: 4-7 business days.
- Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, South Korea & United Arab Emirates: 5-9 business days
- Other major European destinations: 6-13 business days
- Kuwait: 10-15 business days

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch (please check your junk mail if you can't find it). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Ensure that your shipping address is correct. If the parcel is uncollected, refused at the address, or returned to the sender, new postage will be applied to resend.
