Made to Order: All of our products are individually handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing (excluding weekends, public holidays and shipping time). We ship via Australia Post from our Sydney studio. 

Domestic Shipping (Australia): Standard shipping is free for orders over AU$100, while a flat rate of AU$10 applies to orders under AU$100. Express shipping is also available for faster delivery.

International Shipping: We ship to New Zealand, Europe, Canada, the USA, and select Asian countries (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia & Kuwait). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Our handcrafted homeware products are individually hand-poured, sanded, and sealed in small batches at our Sydney Studio. Each piece is unique and crafted with heat-resistant, non-toxic plaster compounds. To ensure the longevity of your homeware, please read and follow the care instructions outlined below:

• To ensure a secure fit for taper candles in holders where they may sit loosely, use a small piece of foil paper or tape. Wrap the base of the taper candle with foil paper or apply a thin strip of tape, then insert it into the candle holder for a tight and stable fit.
• Handle the homeware with care to avoid drops and prevent accidental damage.
• Our homeware products are not dishwasher or microwave safe.
• Please note that our homeware products are intended for decorative purposes and have not been tested for food safety.
• Although our homeware products are sealed with two coats of waterproof sealer, avoid submerging them in water.
• Spills from liquids or dripping candles may leave marks or stains. We recommend promptly wiping away such stains with a non-abrasive damp cloth and allowing it to dry thoroughly.
• Avoid using strong cleaning products or abrasive materials that might scratch the surface and cause color variation.
• For general maintenance, regular dusting or wiping with a dry cloth is recommended. If necessary, use a non-abrasive sponge or cloth with mild dish soap for gentle cleaning.
